Job Title:  Country Manager

 

Job Purpose: Manage the business for the entire country in terms of profitability, compliance, processes and customer experience.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Customer Related: -

  1. Improving the CSAT and NPS score for the country
  2. Managing Escalations and customer satisfaction
  3. Regular meetings with customers

 

Vendor Related: -

  1. Managing Vendor Satisfaction by achieving all the KPI targets and improving the Customer satisfaction

 

Business Related: -

  1. Adding new customers on a regular basis to all the verticals
  2. On boarding new vendors by exploring new business opportunities
  3. Business development and managing the pricing
  4. Managing the Account receivable, Inventory and OPEX for the country.

 

Self and Team: -

  1. Giving proper guidance to team members with proper solution at the right time
  2. Coordinating with all team members and aligning the activity and work load daily
